O’LIMPIA ROSE

This sweet rose pattern is created from images of used kitchen cloths. I thought it would be fun to make a romantic pattern out of something very unromantic. I took pictures of old cloths that I had kept for dirty jobs, dried up all angular. Then I arranged them in a flower shape.

Limpia is the Spanish word for clean. Olimpia Rose also sounded like a cute name for a girl. Clean Rose.

But I think the pattern looks supercute on a boy too.
