PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESS
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe and PayPal Express. We made sure your payment is processed securely and your details will be kept safe during and after the payment process. We do not store your credit card details.
All prices listed on this site are in € (EURO) and all orders will be charged in EURO.
The bank that issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current exchange rate. To estimate exchange rates, you may want to use an online currency converter. (Please note that we cannot make any promises about what the current exchange rate is or what you will be charged by your bank, as this is beyond our control).
How to place an order
- Choose the item in the color and size you want. Click <Add to cart>
- If you want to adjust, you can remove an item by clicking on the X on the left. Then click <Update cart>
- You may have a coupon code: add here to receive a discount. Click <Update cart>
- Here you can calculate shipping by selecting your country and <Update Totals>
- When you are done, <Proceed to Check Out>
- Fill out your <Billing details> on the next page. You can choose to enter a different <Shipping address>
- You will see an overview of your order here, please double check for mistakes
- Choose your preferred payment method. Here you must agree to the terms and conditions (Tick the box)
- Proceed to the payment page and complete your payment. You have now ordered!
We will send you an order confirmation with all the details as soon as possible. Your order details can be found in your user account.
Please note: it is not an obligation to register an account to place an order. But creating an account offers you faster and easier ordering in the future and insight into previous orders.
Please make sure all of your billing and shipping information is entered correctly on your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.
After we ship the order, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
