Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund including the (cheapest standard delivery) return-postage fee. The postage receipt must be included in your returns package for reimbursement. Otherwise no refund of the postage will be provided.

In case you are not satisfied with the product, send us an email as soon as possible (and at least within 14 days of delivery) to, stating your name, the order number and the reason for the return – include a photo of the item if that would be helpful. We will reply with full instructions on where to return the item to.

Please note that any item to be returned or exchanged must be in undamaged, clean, unused and resalable condition, exactly as it was originally shipped, with the tag still attached. We suggest you use the original wrapping and packaging material to return the item, to save cost.

Damaged or lost items

In the event the item is returned damaged, we cannot reimburse. So we advise to wrap carefully. Also, make sure the item is mailed with a tracking option, so you can provide proof it is indeed delivered to us upon request.

Sale items

All sale items are considered a final sale and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
